Turret’s pricing is public. The incumbents don’t publish pricing — competitor figures are approximate, drawn from resellers and review sites. Where a competitor is genuinely broader (more capture channels, a full compliance-program suite), the table says so: Turret wins on fit, price, and simplicity for a 2–20-person firm. If you need mobile-text capture or a code-of-ethics module today, an incumbent may be the better choice. Sourced pricing for Smarsh and Global Relay, as of September 27, 2026.
Every mailbox archived. Outbound mail checked.
Every mailbox in your firm covered — sent and received archived, outbound scanned for compliance. AI triage gives each alert a confidence score and a short written reason, so a reviewer knows where to start.
See Email complianceAI drafts the checklist, you sign off.
Upload a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file and Turret lists what a reviewer should check under Rule 206(4)-1; it cannot approve, reject or block anything. A named reviewer approves the exact version, each piece gets its own retention clock, and no email connection is needed.
See Marketing complianceThese checks are a starting point, not a verdict. Read the whole piece before you decide. Clearing every item above is not the same as the material being compliant, and your approval is the record — not this list.
Your website is an advertisement, too.
Under the SEC Marketing Rule (206(4)-1), your public website is an advertisement, and Rule 204-2(a)(11) means keeping a copy of what you publish. Turret captures your pages on a schedule and saves a dated version whenever one changes, included with Email and with Marketing.

The questions that usually decide a purchase. There are more on the full FAQ.
Which product do I need?
Email if your obligation is keeping and supervising your firm's email. Marketing if you need advertising reviewed, approved and kept on file under the Marketing Rule; it needs no email connection. Complete if you need both; it costs less than buying the two separately. Website archiving comes with all three.
Can I buy Marketing without Email?
Yes. Marketing is sold on its own and needs no email connection. Your team submits pieces for review in Turret, and website archiving is included. You can add Email later from Settings, and the bundle saving applies automatically.
Does Turret surveil inbound email or attachments?
No to both. Inbound mail is archived as a record, and patterns and alerts run on outbound mail only, on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 alike. Attachments are archived with their name, type and size, but the text inside them is not scanned.
Why not just use Google Vault or Microsoft 365's own tools?
Google Vault and Microsoft 365 retention keep your mail and support eDiscovery. Microsoft sells supervision as Purview Communication Compliance, which needs Purview Suite / E5-level compliance licensing for each monitored user. Turret's difference is packaging and price: compliance patterns written for advisers, AI triage with a written reason, website archiving, a Marketing Rule workflow, and supervision and integrity reports, in one product at a published price that works the same on Google or Microsoft.
Is my card charged during the trial?
No. A card is required at the end of setup, and the first charge is on day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

The obligation is already yours. Setup takes about ten minutes.
Choose Email, Marketing or Complete. Email connects to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with one admin authorization, and Marketing has nothing to connect. Your card is taken at the end of setup, and nothing is charged for 15 days.
