How it works when you look after several firms

  1. Each firm connects its own email

    The firm starts Turret Email and its administrator authorizes Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, read-only. Authorizing takes about ten minutes.

  2. The firm invites you in

    An Admin at the firm invites you by email and picks your role: Admin, Reviewer, or Viewer, which is read-only. Your address does not need to be on the firm’s domain.

  3. One login, every firm

    Sign in with Google or an email and password. Switch between client firms from the header and see how many alerts are waiting at each. Each firm’s alerts, archive and reports stay in that firm’s workspace.

What each client firm gets

  • Sent and received email archived, in an archive built to SEC Rule 204-2. Kept 7 years, while you subscribe.
  • Outbound mail checked against compliance patterns. AI triage gives each flag a confidence score and a short written reason, so a reviewer knows where to start.
  • A Supervision Activity Report and an Archive Integrity Verification Report to hand an examiner.
